Real Estate Investor or Gambler?

Today's interview is with Mr. Lance Puig a real estate investor.  I would even say he's more than just an investor, he's a guru. 

Lance  is a third generation real estate investor.  His family has been investing in real estate consistently since 1935.  Everything from ranches (23,000 acre ranch sold in 1896), medical office, shopping centers, multi-family, condos, raw land, single family homes…even an airport. 

His grandfather (A.J. Puig) was the largest developer of single family homes in San Antonio, Texas.

If anyone knows how to deal with the current real estate problem, it's Mr. Lance Puig.
